Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 September 2026

This policy explains what information KERIS handles when you use this website (keris.studio), how that information is used, and the choices and rights you have. It is written to reflect what the current site actually does.

1.Who operates this site

This website is operated by Kris (Krisztian Mocanu), trading as KERIS (“KERIS”, “we”, “us”, “our”). KERIS provides content editing and production services for creators and is operated from the United Kingdom.

2.Contact

For anything to do with this policy or your information, email kerismedia.business@gmail.com.

3.Information you submit through the contact form

The project enquiry form on the site collects the following, exactly as it appears in the form:

  • Name — required
  • Email address — required
  • Creator / company — optional
  • Channel / social URL — optional
  • Package / engagement (the package or engagement type you are interested in) — optional
  • What you need (the type of service) — required
  • Content volume — optional
  • Monthly budget (a range you pick) — optional
  • Ideal start — optional
  • Message (free text you write) — required

The form also contains a hidden anti-spam field. It is discarded in your browser before the message is sent and is never received or stored by us.

We use the information you submit to:

  • respond to your enquiry;
  • assess whether a potential project is a fit;
  • communicate with you about the services you have asked about;
  • keep the business records we reasonably need (for example, a record of enquiries and quotes).

Under the UK GDPR, our lawful bases for this are taking steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in managing enquiries and maintaining business records (Article 6(1)(f)). Providing an email address is necessary for us to reply; the optional fields simply help us give a more useful response.

4.Formspree (form delivery)

The contact form is submitted using Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form-handling service. When you submit the form, the information you entered is transmitted to Formspree, which forwards it to us by email so that we can reply. As with any request made over the internet, Formspree’s servers also receive the standard technical information needed to deliver that request, such as your IP address and browser type. Formspree processes this data as our form-delivery provider. For details of how Formspree handles data, see Formspree’s privacy policy.

5.Analytics and website measurement

This site does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or advertising service. The site includes a small internal script that fires named events in your browser (for example, when a button is clicked) so that a measurement tool could be connected in future. In the current version of the site, these events are not sent anywhere — they stay within your browser and are not recorded or transmitted to us or to any third party. If an analytics provider is added later, this policy and the site will be updated before that happens.

6.Cookies and local storage

KERIS does not set any cookies, and does not use local storage, session storage or similar technologies. It uses no advertising or analytics cookies, and embeds no third-party player that could set them. No cookie consent banner is shown because nothing non-essential is stored on your device. If this changes in future, the site and this policy will be updated.

7.Third-party resources

  • Google Fonts. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser requests these font files, Google receives your IP address and the request details. See Google’s privacy policy.
  • Podcast previews. The “content ecosystem” section of the Services page plays short podcast-episode previews. These are ordinary video files served from this site — there is no embedded YouTube (or other third-party) player, and simply viewing the section does not cause your browser to contact YouTube, Google or any other third party.
  • Outbound links. The site links out to external platforms such as YouTube, TikTok and Instagram — for example a “Watch full episode” link next to a preview. Nothing is loaded from those platforms until you click such a link, at which point you leave this site and that platform’s own policies apply.
  • The site embeds no third-party video players, comment systems or social widgets.

8.How information may be shared

We do not sell personal information. We share the information you submit only with:

  • the service providers needed to operate the site and receive your enquiry — currently Formspree (see section 4) and the email provider used to receive enquiries (currently Google / Gmail);
  • anyone we are legally required to share it with, or where sharing is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Beyond this, we do not disclose your information to third parties.

9.Retention

Personal information is retained only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, for ongoing communication about a potential or actual project, for business administration, and to meet any legal or accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes it is deleted or anonymised.

10.Your rights

KERIS operates from the United Kingdom, and the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply. Subject to the conditions and exceptions set out in law, you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you (access);
  • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete (rectification);
  • ask us to delete your information where there is no good reason for us to keep it (erasure);
  • ask us to restrict how we use your information in certain circumstances;
  • object to our processing where we rely on legitimate interests;
  • ask us to transfer certain information to you or another provider (portability), where that right applies;
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

To exercise any of these, email kerismedia.business@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, if you are unhappy with how your information has been handled.

11.Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you submit. However, no method of transmitting information over the internet, and no method of electronic storage, is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page. Please check back periodically for any changes.

13.Contact
